MORE EXCLUSIVE MAIN CAMP
The Sable Camp is a more intimate version of MalaMala Main Camp and the choice for those seeking a more private and exclusive safari.
PRIVATE RIVER POSITION
Situated at the southern end of the MalaMala Camp in a prime elevated position overlooking the Sand River and surrounding bushveld, the Sable Camp accommodates a maximum of 14 guests sharing independently or 18 guest travelling as a group.
LUXURIOUS SUITES
Like Main Camp, the five main suites have his-and-her bathrooms, but no plunge pool on their decks.
DINING OPTIONS
Facilities are similarly luxurious to Main Camp with indoor and outdoor dining areas including a boma.
INFINITY POOL
Sable Camp also has a pool surrounded by sun loungers and a view down to the river.
LIBRARY, BAR
There is an elegant central area including a library and bar. Gym facilities are at Main Camp but massages can be organised here.
EXCLUSIVE USE
Sable Camp comes into its own for exclusive use for between ten and eighteen guests. There are no more than six guests per game vehicle.
LION'S DEN
When booked exclusively, children are welcome (otherwise no under 12s are permitted). There is an additional “Lion’s Den” suite which may be used for this purpose, with two bedrooms separated by a large sitting room.
