Charm & romance

Kings Camp is an elegant central Timbavati thatched lodge designed to reflect the charm and romance of a bygone era in a pristine corner of unspoilt Africa. It faces an open savanna plain with a waterhole, which is frequented by a wide variety of wildlife both day and night.

Timbavati mega herds

The area is known for herds of elephant and buffalo in particular amongst its Big Five, and is also home to the famous white lions. With 100 km² of bush to traverse, you have plenty of space to explore the endless variety of Africa’s wildlife in an open Land Rover or on foot.
