SIMPLE BUSH ELEGANCE

N’kaya is a simple and natural thatched lodge with a low ecological footprint. It is tastefully decorated in warm, earthy indigenous woods, and offers basic creature comforts.

MOUNTAIN VIEW

Set on the crest of a hill that overlooks the Drakensberg mountain range and shaded by tall trees, the camp is built around the edge of a clearing.

NOW GREATER KRUGER

Thornybush was incorporated into the Greater Kruger recently, so there are now no fences between the reserve, neighbouring Timbavati and, through there, the Kruger park. Game roams freely. It is very much a Big Five destination.

INTIMATE ACTIVITIES

There is only one game viewing vehicle. At quiet times in the lodge you may have this to yourself. Guiding is excellent, with photographic tips for those interested.

FOUR LARGE SUITES

With only four rooms well-distanced from one another, N’kaya offers privacy and is ideal for a quiet, peaceful safari. All rooms are spacious double suites with private lounges and twin en-suite amenities. Mosquito nets are draped over the beds.
